Lumina provides relationship readings based on birth-chart calculations within the Jyotish tradition. The free preview explores one pattern and offers a practical starting point and a question. It does not include a compatibility score.

The paid product is a personal PDF reading based on two full birth charts. It includes two personal portraits, the relationship’s central dynamic, a five-area numerical profile, a chapter on tension, additional themes supported by the charts, and practices or questions. The number and titles of chapters vary with the evidence. Automated systems, including AI, help prepare and review the text.

The reading is for personal reflection and entertainment. Astrology is not a scientifically validated method for assessing or predicting relationships. A score is not a probability of success. Lumina does not diagnose, provide professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, or decide whether you should remain in a relationship.

You must be at least 18 and submit details for adults only. Provide accurate information, including a reliable birth time. A mistake in the input can change the calculation. Check both people’s details before proceeding to payment.

Submit another person’s details only when you are entitled to do so and they know how the service will use them. You cannot give legal consent on their behalf. Do not use the service for harassment, surveillance or consequential decisions about someone else.

The launch price is $12 in US dollars for one full PDF reading; the stated regular price is $19. The amount shown at checkout is the amount payable for your order. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. This is a one-time purchase, with no subscription or recurring charge.

Preparation starts automatically after the server receives payment confirmation. Returning from checkout alone does not confirm payment. If confirmation is delayed, check the existing order or contact support before attempting another payment.

Preparation usually takes up to 10 minutes after payment confirmation. This is an estimate, not an instantaneous-delivery guarantee. Your order page shows progress and provides the download button when the PDF is ready. If a technical problem interrupts preparation, the saved order can be resumed.

Save the private order link and download the PDF within seven days after it is ready. The link contains an access key: anyone who has the complete link may be able to access the reading. We do not promise indefinite server access or automatic PDF delivery by email. A downloaded copy remains yours for personal use.

The Privacy Policy explains deletion of unpaid drafts, completed readings and refunded-order materials. After the storage period ends, the server copy cannot be recovered through the download link.

Contact contact@lumecorellc.com if payment was duplicated, the reading cannot be delivered or the file has a material technical defect. Include the order identifier and a description of the problem. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate correction or refund where the service has not been supplied as agreed.

The reading is made for the submitted details, and work starts automatically after payment. A change of mind after preparation begins does not automatically qualify for a refund. We assess cancellation requests in light of work already performed and applicable law. We do not promise a particular interpretation, score or emotional response.

These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider and bank. Purchases made under earlier terms retain the rights that applied when they were made.

You may keep your PDF and share it privately with the other person or someone you choose, taking care with both people’s information. Do not publish another person’s birth details or private reading without permission.

Lumina’s brand, website design, software and original materials belong to their respective rights holders. A purchase does not grant a right to resell readings, republish the service’s content commercially, bypass access controls, scrape private orders or overload the service.

Interpretations may not reflect your experience and can contain mistakes despite automated checks. Use your own judgment and seek qualified help where appropriate. Your real experience, safety and choices take priority over any chart interpretation.

We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, security or abuse prevention. This does not remove our obligations for an accepted paid order or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by Delaware law, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Nothing here removes a non-waivable right to a remedy or to bring a claim in a court available under applicable law.

We may update these terms for future use and purchases. The effective date identifies the version; changes do not retroactively reduce the rights attached to an existing order.
