Terms of Service

Lumina, operated by Lumecore LLC, provides Vedic astrology compatibility analysis based on birth charts you submit. The free analysis returns a compatibility score and a written interpretation. Premium analysis (when available) adds longer text, deeper sections, and the AI Coach.

The analysis is provided for personal reflection and entertainment. It is not advice, medical advice, mental health advice, legal advice, or a substitute for professional counseling. We make no claims of predictive accuracy.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lumina. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Submit birth data only for yourself or for people who have agreed to have their data analyzed. Do not submit data for the purpose of harassing, stalking, or making decisions that materially affect another person without their consent.

Do not abuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to overload the service. Reasonable rate limits apply.

Premium features may be offered as one-time purchases or subscriptions through a payment processor (e.g., Stripe). Prices are shown before purchase. Lifetime access means access for as long as the service operates.

Refunds: if you are unhappy with a one-time Premium purchase, contact us within 14 days of payment for a refund. Subscription renewals can be cancelled at any time and take effect at the next billing date.

The Lumina name, brand, and original content (interpretations, UI design, code) are owned by Lumecore LLC. You may share your individual analysis URL with others. You may not republish or commercially distribute Lumina's interpretive text or other proprietary content.

You retain rights to the birth details you submit. By submitting them you grant Lumina the limited right to process them solely to deliver your analysis.

Lumina is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event.

We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms or who abuse the service. You may stop using Lumina at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for at least 30 days. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
